Fed’s wrong medicine
Fed has surely given many wrong medicines in the past. In fact between RBI and FED, RBI has been headed by better people than the FED. One of the big disasters has been keeping interest rates too low for too long. Here is one of the wrong medicines that they gave…10 years ago I wrote about it on…20th March, 2008.

We live in a country where the govt runs banks by using taxpayers money. If the govt feels they need to give money to banks they raise taxes. And this happens in 2004, 2009, 2014, 2018 and will happen in 2022 also.
The most funniest part of it is, people are tearing into Nirav Modi, Mallya, Choksi for swallowing money. But if you keep your treasury open to thieves, they will grab it with both hands. So who will punish the bankers, auditors, regulators? Only Gokul Shetty will go to jail for 2 or 3 years after 25 years of investigation and court hearing.
What moral right do we have criticizing world’s largest economy? Atleast there they punish wrong doers by putting them in jail for 100 years.
