Not surprising. I know people waiting for their apartments for over 6-yrs (and still waiting)! Some others are caught in the “fit out possession” hoping for *something* to happen.
RE is certainly risky unless one is very diligent and knowledgeable or gets just plain lucky – not unlike other investment ventures though.

A house is just a place where people live. Home is truly where the heart is. Was the below statement meant to be there or just a typo
