You really want us to look at things which had happened 9 years ago. At that time most call center’s were just being set up

I have had worse experiences with hsbc, axis and have heard of disappearing cash from icici. Not sure whats the intention of this post. On any topic, google will show hundreds of pages of bad reviews.
