I have met many rich and successful people..and I have defined rich and success very loosely. Was not sure how you define success. My definition is “Happy people looking radiant, never lying, passionate about clients and generally about life”. Money, of course is incidental.

So it is not courage, money, drive, growth……it is passion about customer service and HONESTLY believing that they are adding value to their customers, society, family and to themselves.

Anybody else who has a different definition of life or success should look elsewhere.

All these people have had courage, conviction, balls of steel, ability to handle success or failure with equanimity, clear goals, motivation, focus, responsibility, HONESTY, work ethic, treating employees well (I could write a post on that), treating customers honestly, almost all their customers are their friends and all their friends are their customers – if it is a retail product.

Passion, willingness to learn, humility, and ATTITUDE – I think these things eliminate all competition. Completely. One of them is my service provider and I will not deal with his brothers -WHO ARE IN THE SAME profession. Stunning loyalty of their customers (friends).

None of them have (had) written down goals but their lives seems to be going as per some written blueprint. I guess it is in their heads but not articulated to me. All of them have more than enough money and their expenses are far, far, far lower than theirĀ  income. Even if they spend Rs. 3 million on a vacation EVERY YEAR. Lol.

Some of them live simple lives, some of them live it up amazingly. Most of them have a fantastic control over their tongue – what they eat AND what they say. Some of them spend Rs. 50 million on their children’s wedding, some of them do it in Rs. 5L.

Let me see if I can create a blueprint for you to follow to create a ‘success plan’….
