Last week I wrote about the shenanigans of Icici bank.

Well I did not include the FPO of Icici Securities (please it was not an IPO) of Rs. 4000 crores. I have no clue what a brokerage firm would have done with Rs. 4000 crores! So it was just Icici bank encashing its investments with a little nudge by Icici Prudential amc. No, I am not liking it.

Now let us see what MF critic has to say about Bharat 22….read on

  1. Subra,
It’s my wish that you actively discourage investors from investing in ICICI Pru funds. You have a wide reach and surely some of the investors will benefit.

  2. mfcritic often criticize the questionable practises of several mutualfunds and names them and shames them, but somehow when it comes to exposing Reliance MF he is very reluctant to name them – but mentions in coded language only…as in this link.

I sent him an email about it but I dont think he responded.

BTW it may be some other fund and not Reliance even.

My only grouse is when he shames and names fund houses, why this partiality to some fundhouse where he is afraid of naming them.

  3. Subra,

What would you tell readers who have invested in Value Discovery, Dynamic Funds? Basically Naren managed funds? Exit?
