10 years ago Mr. Anand Mahindra said he wanted to build an organisation that is known for its service. In fact he said he wanted it to be known for service…in the world.

It is for you to comment about the quality of after sales service that you get when you buy a Mahindra vehicle or use Mahindra Holiday Resorts ….these are broadly the 2 products that middle class Indians consume. I mean from the Mahindra stable.

Mahindra financial services, mutual funds, etc….are also retail products..so they are also welcome to read the speech..and comment on the following:

Has Mr. Mahindra been able to build a service centric organisation?

Has he reached the destination or is he still on the way?

More importantly, are they headed in that direction?

what have been your good and bad experiences dealing with them?
