When the Prime Minister gives a call on ‘swachha bharat’ it becomes a mission. Why did it take us 65 years to think about cleanliness?

IF i see my son or daughter spitting on road or throwing paper on road or urinating on road.. i have to be blamed.. today who ever is doing this at what ever age.. parents are to be blamed.. i have to be ashamed and this is what has to be taught from home.. How is swach bharath or PM talking so much is going to help ??
