many people do not know how to tackle this question..I have some very strong views..

many people try to help their children..and actually harm the kids. When a boy takes a car from his father in law, the chances are she will treat him like a driver..need i say anything more?

personally it is fine to help for education – or the basics like term and medical insurance, but not for luxuries…just read on…

  1. Did not quite understand this:
“When a boy takes a car from his father in law, the chances are she will treat him like a driver..”
Which “she” are you talking about?

  2. Once,I wanted to buy a bike, I asked for a margin money of Rs2000 (way back in 1980s) from my my dad, saying that I would repay him within two months, he wrote me a letter saying that “buy the bike after two months.”
I believe that unless some serious need arises, it is better to allow children to first earn and then enjoy.
