Normally advising is a boring, not very paying business. However, when a friend lost a cousin, he called me….and after some efforts the claim got settled. Then I received this letter (surely not drafted by her – her English was not good) but I guess she took the trouble to get this letter drafted….

what I did…will tell you later. Since the matter may STILL have legal implications, I am not mentioning the name of the life insurance companies. No other change has been made, the date has been changed but the YEAR is correct.

Subject: Thank you very much

Hello Mr. Subramanyam,

Just thanking you for helping me in getting my claim settled with ‘A’ would be-little your efforts.

Much to my chagrin I am unable to express my gratitude in words to you. However, please accept my heart felt sincerest thanks for the same.

Believe me, the settled claim means a world to me and I am sure no body except you would have done a good job of it.

Thanking you once again

Yours truly
