  1. Sir, Is it true: X creates a will favoring A. X changes his mind and later on wills it to B. X dies. There is a solid chance of court fight between A and B challenging the will.

    A will allege undue influence, threatened transfer, malafide intentions, senility, mental capacity, suspicious transfer etc. (Even if will is registered.) Our courts will drag the case and both A and B will lose money to litigation. B will keep defending. While creating the will, it is preferable not to change it later?

    In my home town, there exists X (widower with no children), who agrees to will his property to the one who looks after him. N number of people queued up. X keeps changing his will every now and then because, he thinks the person whom he is favoring the will, is not taking care of him.
