we love frauds do we not?

People like me who were in the brokerage business for a long time know (knew) about the rot in NSE. Even today some of its employees (including ex) are masquerading as big people. No, even a detailed investigation now will not trap some of those. However, SEBI has been so lenient towards NSE that people in BSE should be fuming. Should I say FUMING?

The algo scam. If you do not know what it is, you must read up first. After that read these 3 articles. If you are dealing with the companies named in the second link (quora) you have to be far more careful. In the 1992 scam those shares found in the offices of Harshad were all assumed to be his. (I heard Ashwin Mehta has ACTUALLY got a refund of his Income tax demands, but that is another story).

Still a lot has to be done in the algo scam…but the names that will fall are so big…that these people have to hope that UPA comes back, finds a convenient CBI chief…who kills the investigation. If Namo comes back..many of these names will be history. Yes some of these companies too…be careful..

FOR HEAVENS SAKE READ THE 3 ARTICLES…they are long….reading consumes time. Not reading can consume your wealth…
