I wish to leave today’s post blank.

This is a protest against the imbecile Congress’s move against the CJI.

I have lived in Mumbai High Court and heard Nani Palkhiwala, Setalvad, Tulzapurkar (more the sons, not the father), Andhyarujena, Ram Jethmalani, Salve, KK Venugopal, Iqbal Chagla, t….and many many others.

I have seen them talk and my respect for all of them was (is) sky high.

I have been to the Supreme Court 6 times and have seen many other stalwarts too. So when an imbecile party with 44 seats makes such allegations, it is time we wipe that party out of power.

Congress Mukt Bharat is no longer a dream. It is a necessity.

  1. Subra, Must say I’m surprised. Do you not believe that CJI was also associated in Justice Loya’s murder by assigning that case outside courts 2 to 5? That’s the reason the other Judges protested some weeks ago.

  2. Respected subrasir

    completely disagree.

my community as a jacobite Christian is going through a great distress because of the unjustifiable FEW verdicts of Deepak misra and his nephew justice arun misra. we even challenged that we don’t trust the bench of arun misra and pleaded a move to any other bench after the first verdict from arun misras bench. but CJI insisted and as expected the verdict was given even without hearing our submissions…. and you call this is the justice system. bullshit. there money was flying and where and how to whom we could approach….
there can me million things congress has messed, but here the CJI and his associated are definitely in question and tainted.

  3. Subra,
This blind endorsement of CJI is not correct. Take Cauvery case for eh, Centre did not oblige SC order of setting up CMB with 6 weeks, instead they filed a petition after 6 weeks asking SC to clarify what the scheme is. When SC heard it again, CJI wierdly said Centre knows exactly what the scheme is and he need not clarify. They again gave 4 weeks to set up the scheme. Why not clearly endorse Cauvery tribunal verdict regarding the CMB? CJI is just playing to the tune of centre putting the lives of crores of people in a trash. Indian judiciary is dead long time ago.
