My Monthly income 10k (Age 29yrs)

  Expenses (3k/m)

Single (living with parents (Father’s own house + his pension 5k) budget family,
No house rent for me if I’m married too

After marriage Floater health insurance, later, term plan

2 lakhs worth of Land outside the Chennai city

50,000 worth of land in village

  500/m PPF - stared 22/12/2007 (including interest 33,959/- today)

2)Action taken steps:

I can invest now 2k/m (Funds India via SIP)

A)Building emergency fund (Hybrid Debt Conservative MIP /Hybrid Equity) 1k/m (long time horizon)

B)For future Children’s higher education, marriage and build a house (HDFC Equity/HDFC TOP 200(G)/BSL dividend yield plus) Multi Cap/ Large &Mid/Mid & Small Cap (1k/m long time horizon)

3)Suggest me:

     i)	Are Small caps risky? If yes, what, I want to do?
ii)For Building emergency fund, which option of hybrid & give me a fund (1k/month)
iii)What steps I should take after choosing these (A&B) two funds.
