Use ECS for its convenience. convenience -not to forget about the bills/biller, but that provided by making a payment sitting at home. you are knocking ECS while you should knock silly users who want to relinquish control over their payments.lets be responsible rather than act like crybabies when we wake upto reality. but thats like giving your paperwallah,the keys to your house!
