		<description>Most selling jobs in the bfsi industry have seperated the sales function and risk function so much, that product knowledge is  a handicap in selling. This is what we have come to expect. So i guess buyer beware will haunt us. Also, we have also come to believe that is looks neat, is in an x sheet, it is correct. The combination has played havoc.</description>
