The late Behram Contractor (far popularly known as Busybee – I used to buy Evening News, then Mid-day, then Afternoon Despatch and Courier ’cause he used to write) used to start his Saturday column with the same words – and if i remember right his column was called “Round and About”. He would say “And for a Saturday, a few stray thoughts, and a few general observations…all my own work” – am not sure if i got the sequence correct!

here is a nice story on budgeting. I keep saying you can budget, budget however has a negative connotation etc. here somebody else is saying the same thing!
